CONTACT US
We read everything and reply within one business day.
Contact
Write to us at Contact, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Email is the fastest route for corrections and detailed questions. We answer within one business day, and usually sooner. If your message is about a specific guide, put its title in the subject line so it reaches the right editor without delay.
Phone and WhatsApp
Prefer a chat? Reach us by phone at Phone. This is our WhatsApp business line for quick questions about a guide, a review or a correction.
The number is monitored Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Jakarta time (GMT+7). It is best for short questions about a guide, a link that will not open, or a correction you want to flag right away. Outside those hours, leave a message and we will reply on the next business day. For detailed corrections or material with attachments, email is better because we can keep a record of screenshots and sources. We never use WhatsApp for marketing messages.
Write to us
Use the form below. Tell us what you need and we will route it to the right editor.
Thanks — we will reply within one business day.
The form goes to the same inbox as our email. It is checked every weekday morning. We do not use it to build a marketing list, and we never pass your details to a third party. If you prefer not to use a form, email works exactly as well.
What to include
Tips: the product, the version and what went wrong. Corrections: the exact URL and a screenshot. Test requests: the device or tool, your budget and the job you need it to do.
For corrections, tell us what is wrong and what the correct figure or fact should be, with a source we can check. For test requests, a short description of your setup helps us judge whether the result will apply to you. For pitches, we commission a small number of pieces each month and pay on publication; a short outline beats a long letter.
We cannot answer every message, but we do read them all. If you have not heard back within two weeks, feel free to follow up once. Please do not send the same pitch to multiple editors at the same time.
